Welcome!

Welcome to my site!

I am a licensed psychologist and my hope (and the purpose of this website) is to help you move towards building a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Feel free to check out the About Me section to learn more about my therapy style, education and training backgrounds, and a little bit about who I am as a person.

For those new to therapy, it might be helpful to browse the “Is Therapy For Me?” links to get some information about what to expect in therapy and how it can be helpful, as well as some tips on how to find the best fit in a therapist (whether that is with myself or with someone else).

For those who have been in therapy in the past, feel free to check out my Specialties page – although I am a generalist practitioner (meaning I have had experience with a broad range of mental health concerns), these are the areas in which I have received specialized training and have a passion for working with.

And for those who may not yet be ready to begin therapy but would like some guidance in self-help and self-care, I recommend checking out the Free Resources section to explore some helpful strategies for managing your mental health as well as recommended readings for various topics.

Finally, please check out my media page or blog for my (occasionally organized) thoughts on psychological health, finding purpose and meaning, society and culture, drugs and politics, criminal justice, love and compassion, relationships and family, social justice, spirituality and mindfulness, rock climbing, mixed martial arts, and basketball – and how they all somehow connect.

If you have any questions, feel free to visit the Contact Info section and we can arrange a free phone consultation or you can email me with any questions you may have – note: email is not a secure form of communication but we can always use email to schedule a free phone appointment.
